Resumen de Linguistic Features of Legal Texts: Translation Issues
The paper takes into consideration some of the main linguistic features of legal texts which create particular problems in the translation process. Specific linguistic constraints are discussed, as well as influences deriving from different drafting traditions and legal cultures.
