Resumen de El patrimonio cultural de Fuerteventura como recurso turístico

La isla de Fuerteventura presenta una serie de recursos, tanto naturales como antrópicos y culturales, que han contribuido de forma importante a la formación de este territorio como un espacio turístico. En efecto, los valores patrimoniales coadyuvan a la gestación de la imagen turística insular. Es cierto que hasta ahora la Isla se ha prodigado de forma principal por su excelente clima, elevadas temperaturas y escasas precipitaciones, para disfrutar del sol y la playa, pero aparte de estos recursos también se cuenta con otros de similar interés, sobre todo para las nuevas modalidades turísticas (turismo rural, turismo de naturaleza, turismo de cruceros, turismo de congresos o eventos, turismo cultural,…).
Por todo ello en este trabajo nos vamos a ocupar de los recursos económicos tradicionales.

The island of Fuerteventura has a number of resources, both natural and manmade and cultural, which have contributed significantly to the formation of this territory as a tourist. Indeed, the assets will assist in the gestation of the tourist island. It is true that so far the island has been lavished on a principal for its excellent climate, high temperatures and low rainfall, to enjoy the sun and the beach, but apart from these resources also with others of similar interest, especially for new forms of tourism (rural tourism, nature tourism, cruise tourism, conference tourism and events, cultural tourism, ...). In these other types of passenger cultural heritage resources play an important role.
