Resumen de La normativa ambiental y desarrollo sostenible en Salento Quindío

  El presente artículo es el resultado de una investigación realizada por el semillero de investigación deDerecho Ambiental de la Universidad la Gran Colombia, Seccional Armenia. El tema a tratar es laaplicación dada a la normativa ambiental en sectores protegidos como reservas naturales; para elpresente objeto de estudio hemos seleccionado el municipio de Salento (Departamento del Quindío).Se evaluará la incidencia que pueden llegar a tener los sectores de minería a cielo abierto, laconstrucción y el turismo, en esta zona del país, y si éstos contribuyen de manera positiva al desarrollosostenible del Municipio. El enfoque de la investigación también está orientado a realizar un estudiosobre la constitucionalidad y legalidad de la normativa ambiental que rige actualmente en el país, y lasgarantías que dicho marco jurídico brindan en relación con el adecuado manejo de los recursosnaturales y su impacto en fortalecimiento de un modelo centrado en un verdadero desarrollosostenible.

  The present writing is product of an investigation advanced by the Environmental Law research hotbed of La Gran Colombia University Sectional Armenia, the topic at hand must be the application that is being given to environmental regulations in sectors protected as nature reserves, for the present object of study we selected the town of Salento in the department of Quindío, in order to assess the impact that can have the activities of open sky mining, construction and tourism in this area of the country and whether they contribute positively to sustainable development of the municipality. The focus of the research also aims to conduct a study on the constitutionality and legality of environmental regulations that currently are governing the country and if this in turn ensures the proper management of natural resources and hence sustainable development.
