Resumen de Médaille inédite de la section des Gardes Françaises de Paris datée 1790
After long and fruitless searches in the French medals literature concerning theRevolution period, we present here an unknown document, showing five soldiers of the Frenchguards in uniform, each of them holding a gun with bayonet. We propose in this paper aninterpretation of its reading.
