Resumen de Medallas realistas de Homenaje al General Goyeneche por sus triunfos en Huaqui y Sipe Sipe
In this article, after an abundant historical introduction about the facts that motivatedthem, we present two interesting medals issued in Lima and Potosi in honor of the royalist GeneralD. José Manuel de Goyeneche. Both medals were issued during his military service in Peru,between 1809 and 1813, in the field of the American wars of indepedence, particularly incommemoration of the battles of Huaqui and Sipe Sipe.
