Resumen de De la satisfacción a la complicidad. El análisis de las expectativas de los docentes y el papel del departamento educativo del museo

El artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio llevado a cabo en el Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Barcelona con los docentes que en los años 2008 y 2012 realizaron una visita y/o actividad. De estos resultados se infiere que sus motivaciones, expectativas y objetivos son muy diversos, llegando incluso a posiciones totalmente divergentes. Ante ello, se plantea la posición con la que el departamento de educación del museo debe hacer frente a este hecho y cuáles son, a criterio de los autores, algunas de las claves que permitan una colaboración efectiva del museo con la escuela.

The article presents the results of a study carried out in the Museu de Ciencies Naturals of Barcelona with the teachers who participated in a visit or activity in the years 2008 and 2012. From those results, we conclude that their motivations, expectatons and objectives are very diverse, and sometime they can even be divergent. In the light of those findings, we reflect on the possition of the educational department of the museum and on which should we some of the key aspects to allow an effecttive collaboration of the museum with the school.
