  • The article discusses demand for ginseng and growing it in Appalachia region. Topics discussed include farmer Travis Cornett, stealing of ginseng and security cameras installed by Cornett on his farms. Other topics which includes poachers of ginseng root, conviction of the poachers and popularity of ginseng among the Chinese population in Appalachian region are also discussed. In addition, topics which includes export of ginseng to China, ginseng consumption in the country and herbal supplements are also mentioned.
