    El trabajo que se presenta aborda la temática de la orientación profesional (OP), respondiendo a la necesidad socioeducativa de formar un profesor cada vez más identificado con su profesión. Se ofrece un sistema de actividades para la formación de intereses profesionales en los estudiantes de la Universidad de Guantánamo desde la cátedra “Manuel Ascunce Domenech”. El mismo garantiza el carácter integrador y creativo que se proyecta a diferentes esferas de la formación de la personalidad del docente, potenciando la labor investigativa y el protagonismo de los mismos.

    The paper discusses the matter of the vocational guidance in response to the socio-educativeneed to instruct a professor to become more and more identified with his profession. A system of activities for the formation of professional interests in the students of the UniversityGuantánamois proposed by the professors of the cathedra. Thesystem guarantees the integrative and creative character that has influenced different spheres of the formation of the personality of the teacher, increasing the power of the investigative work and the formation of protagonistfuture teachers.
