Resumen de Come lavora un costituzionalista?: Per un'epistemologia della scienza del diritto costituzionale
The current article deals with some questions on the epistemological status of Constitutional Law. By qualifying the law as a «practical social science», the article discusses the possibility of dealing scientifically with Constitutional Law. The article explains the reasons justifying the adoption of such approach and outlines tthe methodological implications of a scientific study of Constitutional Law.
