Resumen de Gypsy education in Kent and the Campaign of Norman Dodds MP, 1950-1965

Paul Bowen

  • The past 30 years have witnessed signilicant initiatives in England in relation to the education of Gypsy children which contrasts sharply with much of the twentieth century when the educacional needs of Gypsy children were largely ignored. At local education level the most important development has been the establishment of traveller education services with support teachers facilitating access to schools for Gypsy children.
