  Este texto quiere rendir homenaje al profesor Häberle por su 80 cumpleaños. Para ello formula dos grandes preguntas. Primero, qué ha dado Häberle a la ciencia jurídica, en especial, a la ciencia jurídica alemana. Y, en segundo lugar, qué pueden ofrecer los textos de Häberle a la siguiente generación de juristas.

  This essay has been written in honor of professor Häberle, in his 80th birthday. Therefore, the paper approaches two questions. First, what has Häberle given to the science of law, for all to the German science. And second, what can Professor Häberle’s work offer to the next generation of lawyers.
