  • In the article, the author discusses issues in the U.S. financial market as of mid-September 2016, particularly the reason/s behind another possible financial crisis. Also cited are a fictional scenario of an unfolding financial crisis in the country caused by an unanticipated interest rate increase implemented by the Federal Reserve (Fed) that adversely affected the liquidity of the secondary bond markets, and the bad effects of overdependence to regulation.
