  • The article reports the near completion of the fourth generation (4G) of toll-road projects in Colombia as of mid-September 2016. Also cited are the move by the Colombian government to sign public-private partnerships law and amend infrastructure regulations to attract foreign investors, and the need for concessionaires and project sponsors to meet the land acquisition plans and environmental and social requirements of the projects.
