  • The article reports the implementation of the Transparency Requirements (Transferable Securities Trading on Regulated Market) (Amendment) Law of 2016 in Cyprus as of September 2016. The law amends the Transparency Requirements (Traded Securities in Regulated Market) Laws of 2007 to 2014. Among the amended provisions are the definition of the term "issuer," the selection of the home member state, and notification requirements.
