  • The article reports developments in the 2020 Project Bond Initiative of the European Investment Bank (EIB) as of mid-September 2016. Also cited are the move by the EIB to test its senior debt credit enhancement (SDCE) instrument on the A8 motorway in Germany, the EIB's successful project bond credit enhancement (PBCE), and the comment by law firm White & Case partner Florian Degenhardt on the developments.
