  • The article examines the effects of the vote in Great Britain to exit as member of the European Union (EU) or Brexit to the leveraged loan market as of mid-September 2016. It claims that the major changes will be seen in volumes, volatility, and documentation. Also cited are a report by research firm Dealogic showing a decline in private equity investments in Great Britain since the Brexit, and the impact of Brexit on current and future financing agreements.
