  • The article discusses regulatory developments in the financial services industry in Ireland as of September 2016, particularly those covering illegal contracts. Also cited are the July 2016 ruling by the British Supreme Court in the case Patel v. Mirza about insider trading, the 2015 decision by the Irish Supreme Court in the case Quinn v.
