  • The article discusses the corporate anti-concentration law that was introduced in Israel, as well as its impact/s on the merger and acquisition (M&A) sector in the country as of mid-September 2016. Under the law, conglomerates, particularly in vital sectors like energy and financial services, should divest their assets.
