Resumen de Turkey competition regime insights.
The article reports developments in the competition law in Turkey as of mid-September 2016, as well as some major cases as examples. Also cited are the basis of the Law on the Protection of Competition of 1994 (Competition Law) from the Turkish Constitution, the Turkish Competition Authority as the law's enforcing agency, and the three major branches of the law including restrictive agreements and merger control.
