  • The article discusses the final guidance issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as of September 2016 on cross-border security-based swaps (SBS). Also cited are the compliance date and applicability of Regulation SBSR to particular cross-border situations, the applicability of the Dodd-Frank Act to SBS transactions, and the rules of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on SBS.
