  • Resumen
    • This article reports that South Korea's Financial Reform Committee has set up a task-force team to draft industry guidelines aimed at protecting the country's burgeoning peer-to-peer (P2P) loan industry from fraud. Mentioned are how lawyers from Seoul law firms, such as Ik Hwan Cho and Jung Min Lee of Kim & Chang, and Eui Jong Chung of Bae Kim & Lee, view the guidelines. Discussed also are the scandals which plagued China, including a Ponzi scheme run by a P2P lender.
