  • The article focuses on some financial contradictions in the U.S. It is stated that the G20's grand, post-crisis request for bank to at once hold more capital and at the same time lend more is the first great paradox. It is mentioned that central banks have been left to attempt bringing future demand into the present with fiscal policy on vacation.
