Resumen de Euskararen normalkuntza administrazioan: prozesu baten argi-ilunak

Ths article analyzes the efforts that are being made for the nomalization of the use of the Basque language in the public administration in the Basque Country (that is, Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa). It analyzes how the objectives for the 1990-1995 five-year period are being fulfilled, and it presents the main results obtained in the last two and a half year. According to the writer of this article these results are not good. He considers it necessary to change the public authorities behaviour and he makes differente proposals fot these changes.

Artikulu honek herri-administrazioan euskararen erabilera normaltzeko Euskadiko Autonomi Elkartean (hau da, Araba, Bizkaia eta Gipuzkoan) egiten ari diren ahaleginak aztertzen ditu. Bost urteko epean, 1990-1995 aldirako jarritako helburuak nola ari diren betetzen aztertzen du, eta joan den bi urte t'erdian izandako emaitzarik nagusienak aurkezten ditu. Egilearen iritziz emaitza hauek ez dira onak; etorkizunean herri-agintarien jokabidea aldatu beharra dela uste du eta aldaketa horretarako proposamenak egiten ditu.
