  • The article reports that the architects of the Great Britain's senior managers' regime are facing the question of whether financial regulations can improve banking culture in face of Brexit, which has been in effect since March 7, 2016. It states senior managers by their very definition have to delegate tasks or they would never get anything done. British financial services regulator Andrew Bailey has asserted that some firms are not taking the regulation seriously.
