  Uno de los problemas de Argentina en su relación con el mundo es la pérdida de influencia sobre el contexto externo, puesta de manifiesto a través de la falta de poder internacional. El país ha apelado a diferentes estrategias para tener o aumentar poder en sus relaciones internacionales. En este trabajo analizamos cómo cada estrategia entendió y manejó las variables permisividad internacional, situaciones de dependencia y relaciones interdependientes. Para ello recurrimos al pasado de la política exterior, y a lo acontecido durante la primera década del presente siglo. A través del examen en cuestión revalorizamos la estrategia autonomista. Destacamos que la decisión ideológica de adoptarla, o la retórica inspirada en ella, no son suficientes para impulsarla y darle continuidad. Es posible, en cambio, si las acciones internacionales están sostenidas mediante la movilización de recursos de poder, y que el ejercicio de este poder realmente provoque efectos frente a terceros.

  One of the problems of Argentina in relation to the world is their loss of influence on the external environment, evidenced by the lack of international power. The country has appealed to different strategies to have or to increase power in his international relations. In this paper we analyze how each strategy understood and managed international permissiveness variables, situations of dependence and interdependent relationships. To do this we use the past of foreign policy, and what happened during the first decade of this century. Through the exam in question we revalue the autonomist strategy. We emphasize that the ideological decision to adopt her, or the rhetoric been inspired by her, they are not sufficient to impel it and to give him continuity. It is possible, however, if international actions are sustained through the mobilization of resources of power, and that the exercise of this power actually causing effects against third parties.
