    Ens sembla important reivindicar l’educació artística com a motor per a activar la imaginació i la creativitat del nen, que li permeta enriquir les seues formes d’expressió. L’art és un llenguatge mitjançant el qual els nens poden expressar i comunicar tota la complexitat no tan sols de la realitat física, sinó també del món dels sentiments i de les emocions. El nen, davant l’obra d’art, adopta una actitud activa, de cerca perceptiva, cognitiva, emocional, social i creativa. Fruit d’aquesta actitud activa, s’inicia el procés creador on quedarà reflectit tot el seu món. Als nens els agrada que s’exposen les seues obres ja que les exposicions són una prolongació del treball de l’aula. Però són molt més: amb elles s’aconsegueix donar la dignitat que es mereixen a totes aquelles persones, mestres i nens, implicats en l’educació artística. L’art dels nens es presenta en la seua total ingenuïtat, en la seua absoluta fidelitat.

    It seems important to vindicate artistic education as an engine to trigger the imagination and creativity of children, which allows to enrich their forms of expression. Art is a language through which children can express and communicate not only all the complexity of physical reality, but also the world of feelings and emotions. When the child faces the artwork, he or she takes an active, search perceptive, cognitive, emotional, social and creative attitude. As a result of this active attitude there will be a creative process where he will project all his world. Children love to see their works on display since the exhibitions are an extension of classroom work. What is more: exhibitions provide the achievement of dignity that teachers and children involved in arts education deserve. The art of children presents their total naivety with absolute fidelity.
