Resumen de A Christmas Carol: A Reflection on Organization, Society, and the Socioeconomics of the Festive Season
The article examines how Christmas relates to issues of management and organizational analysis. Particular attention is given to the novella "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens as the author looks at how the story points to the societal role of Christmas in relation to the impact of industrialization as well as social and economic issues.
