The writer examines the Hermetic sources used by Berthold of Moosburg in his Expositio super Elementationem Theologicam Procli, a commentary on Proclus's Elements of Theology written between 1340 and 1361. She considers the significant role played by three Hermetic sources in the commentary: the Asclepius, the Liber XXIV philosophorum, and the Liber de VI rerum principiis.She links the sources to three main themes: cosmology, idolatrous theurgy, and the Trinity.
