  El objetivo del estudio es identificar los principales beneficios que obtienen los docentes del Colegio José Celestino Mutis al capacitarse de forma autónoma mediante un software educativo. La metodología utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo. Después de implementar el curso se realizó el análisis estadístico descriptivo que arrojo como resultados el cambio de percepción de los docentes ante la influencia positiva que tienen las TIC en el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje.

  The aim of this study is to identify the main benefits that teachers get the College to train José Celestino Mutis independently through educational software. The methodology used a quantitative approach. After implementing the course was made to throw descriptive statistical analysis as a result changing perceptions of teachers to the positive influence of ICT in the teaching - learning process.
