El artículo pretende desarrollar y mostrar a través de ejemplos sencillos, cómo incide el modelo democrático en nuestra vida; su alcance constitucional, la importancia de la pedagogía constitucional frente al tema; la toma de decisiones y los diversos ámbitos de participación ciudadana; se hace un acercamiento respecto del marco teórico de la democracia para tener un referente desde el respeto a la diferencia y el pluralismo

The article pretends to develop and show through simple examples, how the democratic model strikes in our life; the Constitutional overtaking, the importance of Constitutional pedagogy facing the topic of taking decisions and the diverse contexts of citizen participation; it becomes an approximation in regards to the democratic, framework in order to have a referring from the respect of the difference and pluralism.
