    Cuba se encuentra en un momento crucial donde el movimiento cooperativo constituye uno de los principales protagonistas. Actualmente no se puede hablar de desarrollo municipal sin tener presente al cooperativismo que a lo largo de su existencia ha propiciado beneficios económicos y sociales a sus miembros y a la sociedad, por lo que constituye una necesidad la inserción de las mismas en el proceso de gestión del desarrollo. La gestión de las Cooperativas no Agropecuarias presenta una concepción y práctica limitada en las funciones de este proceso, por cuanto se orienta fundamentalmente a los intereses económicos de la cooperativa. A partir de lo expresado, el objetivo del presente trabajo se centra en: Diseñar acciones para el perfeccionamiento de las funciones de gestión de las Cooperativas no Agropecuarias, de manera que se garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos y sociales que sustentan este proceso en la cooperativa, así como la contribución a la elevación del nivel y calidad de vida de la población.

    Cuba is in a crucial moment where the cooperative movement constitutes one of the main main characters. At the moment one cannot speak of municipal development without having present to the cooperative that has propitiated economic and social benefits to their members and the society along their existence, for what constitutes a necessity the insert of the same ones in the process of administration of the development. The administration of the Cooperative non Agricultural Shop of Electronic Siblings Cruz presents a conception and practice limited in the functions of this process, since it is guided fundamentally to the economic interests of the cooperative. Starting from that expressed, the objective of the present work is centered in: To design actions for the improvement of the functions of administration of the Cooperative non Agricultural Shop of Electronic Siblings Cruz", so that the execution of the economic and social objectives is guaranteed that sustain this process in the cooperative, as well as the contribution to the elevation of the level and quality of the population's life. The results of the investigation are centered in the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the administration of the cooperative company and their relationships with the State, they offer the results from the diagnosis to the administration of the CNoA Hermanos Cruz and they intend the actions for the improvement of the functions of the administration of the cooperative study object.
