Resumen de Likelihood Ratio-Based Distribution-Free EWMA Control Charts
Distribution-free control charts used for monitoring location parameters may not be effective in some situations when there is a change of distribution over time. A new distribution-free chart is discussed that is based on the combination of a nonparametric goodness-of-fit test and the exponentially weighted moving-average control method. The chart provides robust protection against variation in underlying distributions and is particularly effective in start-up and short-run industrial applications.
