Resumen: Este artículo es un diálogo con la novela de Fanny Buitrago El hostigante verano de los dioses. En el intercambio sígnico fueron descubriéndose algunos aspectos de interés: la estructura mítico-legendaria de la obra, las diversas voces narrativas e ideológicas, las visiones de mundo que subyacen en elrelato, así como algunas técnicas narrativas: telling, showing, cajas chinas, focalización. Se concluye que se trata de una novela de iniciación, donde los ejes del Eros y el Thanatos van cruzando las existencias de un grupo de muchachos y muchachas rebeldes, que constatan las profecías escritas en el protolibro.

Abstract: This article is a dialogue with the Fanny Buitrago’s novel El Hostigante verano de los dioses in the interexchange sing were discovered some appeal aspects: the mythic legendary structure about work, different narrative voices and ideological the worldviews that underlie in the story, as well as some narrative techniques: Telling, showing, Chinese boxes, targeting. It concludes that is about an initiation novel, where the axes of Eros and Thanatos are crossing the group of boys existences and rebel girls, that confirm the prophecies written in the protolibro.
