Resumen de TOT's Experience in e-Learning

• This paper describes TOT’s experience on eLearning starting from selection of the eLearning courses, creation of the course contents, implementation of the courses to TOT’s employees, and evaluation from the employees. The techniques for implementation and facilitation for the eLearning are described and discussed in this paper. The evaluation results have shown and indicated useful information to improve the eLearning for the employees.
