Resumen de Análise Paisagística do Litoral do Município de Fortim – Ceará: Subsídios ao Planejamento Ambiental Local

  A paisagem costeira é detentora de intensa circulação de matéria e energia configurando-se em um ambiente instável e vulnerável à ação antrópica. O presente trabalho buscou avaliar a dinâmica paisagística, relacionando os aspectos físico-ambientais ao uso e ocupação do litoral do município de Fortim – Ceará. Como base teórico-metodológica adotou-se a Geoecologia da Paisagem e as etapas da pesquisa perpassaram levantamentos de campo e interpretação da imagem de satélite RapidEye 2013 (sensor REIS e resolução espacial de 5 m) na escala de 1:40.000. Verificou-se como unidades de paisagem o mar litorâneo, faixa de praia, pós-praia, planície de deposição fluviomarinha e eólica, planície fluviomarinha, campos de dunas e falésias. Dentre os problemas destacou-se a ocupação em Áreas de Preservação Permanente que contribuem na descaracterização da paisagem e privatização dos espaços. Assim, considera-se a importância do planejamento ambiental local a fim de regular os usos, prevenir e minimizar possíveis influxos negativos aos sistemas naturais e às populações humanas.

  The coastal landscape holds intense matter and energy circulation being an unstable area and vulnerable to human action. This study sought to evaluate the landscape dynamics, relating the physical and environmental aspects of the use and occupation in coastal city of Fortim, Ceará. The Geoecology Landscape was the methodological theoretical basis and the stages of the research were field surveys and satellite image RapidEye 2013 (REIS sensor and 5 m of spatial resolution) interpretation on the scale of 1: 40.000. The landscape units were checked: coastal sea, beach strip, post-beach, fluvial marine and wind deposition plain, marine fluvial plain, dunes and sea cliffs. Among the problems found there are occupation in Permanent Preservation Areas that contribute to the landscape change and privatization of space. Considers the importance of the local environmental planning to define the uses, prevent and minimize possible negative influence on natural systems and human populations.
