    Investigación para determinar si los indicadores de CIEES, es útil en la toma de decisiones en la evaluación de un programa educativo. Para comprobarlo, fue seleccionado el enfoque en la toma de decisiones, con las teorías de Evaluación Sistémica de Stufflebeam, Shinkfield, y los indicadores de CIEES. Se diseñó tres instrumentos: lista de cotejo, cuadro de análisis cuantitativo y cuadro de indicadores de CIEES. Enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental - transversal. El sistema de evaluación de los CIEES permite la toma de decisiones al identificar los factores que propician la suspensión de un programa educativo.

    Research to determine whether CIEES indicators, is useful in making decisions on the evaluation of an educational program.
