Resumen de Perfil y satisfacción del visitante del destino: Los Cabos, Baja California Sur

Los Cabos, es un municipio de Baja California Sur, México, alberga 73% de la infraestructura de hospedaje y cuenta con 65% de la afluencia de visitantes. En esta investigación se estimo el perfil y nivel de satisfacción del visitante de ese destino turístico. Se aplicó una encuesta estructurada con base a la metodología del Centro de Estudios Superiores de Turismo (CESTUR). Los resultados arrojaron que, 56% eran residentes internacionales, en promedio permanecieron 5.84 noches, gastaron en promedio entre $ 10,000 y $15,000 pesos por persona y evaluaron con una calificación de 9.5 su nivel de satisfacción en el destino.

Los Cabos, it is a municipality of Baja California Sur, México, shelters 73 % of the infrastructure of accommodations and possesses 65 % of the visitor’s abundance. In this investigation estimate the profile and level of satisfaction of the visitor of this tourist destination. There was applied a survey structured with base to the methodology of the Center of Top Studies of Tourism (CESTUR). The results threw that, 56 % was international residents, in average they remained 5.84 nights, $10,000 and $15,000 spent in average between weights for person and evaluated with a qualification of 9.5 his level of satisfaction in the destination.
