Resumen de El movimiento político y social Marcha Patriótica: génesis, estructura y proyecto

  Este artículo intenta responder cómo fue posible el desarrollo del Movimiento Político y Social Marcha Patriótica, pese a los elevados niveles de criminalización y represión que sobre él han recaído. El argumento central señala que sus grandes acciones colectivas y el posicionamiento de sus reivindicaciones en la agenda pública nacional se explican porque, a pesar del alto nivel de represión y criminalización, supo aprovechar las oportunidades políticas provistas por el contexto de negociaciones de paz y generar estrategias organizativas y marcos de acción colectiva efectivos, que contribuyeron a articular sus diversas expresiones en torno a un proyecto común, así como a obtener el apoyo de otros actores sociales y políticos.

  This article attempts to answer how the development of the Social and Political Movement Marcha Patriótica was possible, despite the high levels of criminalization and repression that have fallen on it. The main argument points outs that its great collective action and the positioning of its demands in the national public agenda are explained because, in spite of the high level of repression and criminalization, Marcha Patriotica took advantage of the political opportunities provided by the peace talks context and the generation of organizational strategies and effective collective action frameworks, which contributed to articulate their diverse expressions around a common project, as well as to obtain the support of other social and political actors.
