The new proposal to revise the Law about the Basque Language in Navarre introduces a change, just in education, but not even in that field is discrimination excluded, since there would be two regions. Only where the 11% of the people from Navarre live is the Basque language official. Distribution of regions remains the same. Therefore, we could say that this change doesn't really bring any change.
