Resumen de Ética del facilitador y moral del participante

  El propósito del siguiente trabajo es la reflexión crítica y analítica sobre los diversos aspectos que plantean la ética y moral desde el punto de vista del mediador y el participante en cuanto a la actividad académica.

  Se establece la necesidad de identificar el papel de los intervinientes en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la aplicación de criterios emancipadores que interpelen el comportamiento ajustado a los nuevos paradigmas y su influencia en el momento de la clase. Determinando en ese sentido las responsabilidades y alcances que tiene la práctica de una conducta correspondiente a los intereses de la sociedad en la que habitan.

  Interpretando cómo las diferentes formas para promover la libertad de pensamiento, de juicio, de reflexión, de crítica y análisis incitan los sentimientos de creación; el sentido de la responsabilidad, de la honradez y de la justicia; y cómo, en ese sentido, nos mueve a conducirnos a la aplicación y búsqueda de la verdad, el respeto activo, el diálogo, la sensibilidad a los valores culturales a través de las nuevas formas andragógicas y hologógicas.

  The purpose of the following work is to reflect critically and analytically about the diverse aspects stated by ethics and morals from the viewpoint of the mediator and the participant in academic activity. It establishes the need to identify the role of those who intervene in the teaching-learning process in applying emancipating criteria that question behavior adjusted to the new paradigms and their influence during the class, thereby determining the responsibilities and scope that the practice of a conduct corresponding to the interests of the society in which they live has. The study interprets how different forms to promote freedom of thought, judgment, reflection, criticism and analysis incite feelings of creation, the sense of responsibility, of honesty and of justice, and how, in this sense, it moves us to lead ourselves to the application and search for truth, to active respect, dialogue, and sensitivity to cultural values through new andragogic and hologogic forms.
