En el presente estudio se analiza el régimen jurídico aplicable a los jugadores de tenis, distinguiendo a tales efectos según se dediquen a la actividad competicional o a la profesional. A continuación, se aborda también el régimen jurídico aplicable a los tenistas integrados en las selecciones nacionales y autonómicas y a los que tienen la consideración de deportistas de alto nivel.

This paper deals with the legal regimen applicable to tennis players, distinguishing between their competitive and profesional activities. It is also studied the legal regime appplicable tothe tennis players whilst they take part in a national or regional teams and the one of application to the socalled the high level soprtsmen and sportswomen.
