Gestión del conocimiento en institutos universitarios de tecnología

    La investigación se realizó con el propósito de analizar la gestión del conocimiento en institutos universitarios de tecnologías del municipio Maracaibo. Desde el punto de vista teórico la investigación está sustentada por los autores Oberto (2007), Soto y Sauquet (2006), Álvarez (2005), Larrea (2004), Valhondo y Valhondo (2003), Chiva y Camisón (2002), Davenport y Prusak (2001), entre otros. El estudio está asentado bajo el paradigma científico-positivista de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental, transversal y de campo. La población estuvo constituida por 7.393 sujetos entre facilitadores y participantes de los institutos universitarios de tecnologías del municipio Maracaibo, del estado Zulia. Para la recolección de información, se aplicó el instrumento denominado Ureña (2009), con escala Likert de 27 ítemes, el cual fue sometido a la validez de contenido a través del juicio de 5 expertos, y se midió su confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente alfa cronbach, el cual fue de (0,91). Como resultado de la investigación se establecieron acciones teóricas para incentivar la gestión del conocimiento, entre las cuales se encuentra diseñar ejes curriculares estructurados para desarrollar competencias transversales genéricas que ofrezcan herramientas u/o conocimientos relevantes, efectivos, prácticos y flexibles para el perfeccionamiento de destrezas profesionales.

    The research was carried out to analyze the knowledge management in institutes of technology of Maracaibo Municipality. From the theoretical point of view research is supported by the authors: Oberto (2007), Soto and Sauquet (2006), Alvarez (2005), Larrea (2004), and Valhondo Valhondo (2003), Chiva and Nightgown (2002) Davenport and Prusak (2001), among others. The study sits on the scientific paradigm-positivist, descriptive non-experimental design with a transverse field. The population consisted of 7393 subjects, between facilitators and participants of the university institutes of technology in Maracaibo Municipality, Zulia State. To gather information, I apply the instrument called Ureña (2009), Likert scale of 27 items, which was subjected to content validity through expert opinion of five, and was measured using the coefficient alpha reliability Cronbach, which was (0.91). As a result of the investigation were set actions to promote theoretical knowledge management, including design axes is structured curriculum to develop skills that provide cross generic tools or / or knowledge relevant, effective, practical and flexible for the improvement of professional skills
