This work, after considering the eligibilityed "internal trust" (and on the assumption of its feasibility), compares the functional justifications of the same with those of the acts governed by art. 2645-ter of the Italian Civil Code, and illustrates the limits that may derive from this last disposition on a systematic level.

Il lavoro, dopo aver fatto cenno dei problemi di ammissibilità del c.d. trust interno (w muovendo dall'ipotesi della sua possibilità), ne mette a confronto le giustificazioni funzionali con quelle degli atti di destinazione, ex art. 2645-ter c.c., illustrando i limiti che da quest'ultima disposizione è ragionevole ricavare sul piano sistematico.
