    Desde la unidad esencial que existe entre la fe y le sacramento, se ofrecen algunas reflexiones y pistas de futuro que ayuden al derecho matrimonial canónico y a la pastoral del matrimonio a superar la aporía que representan en la actualidad muchas situaciones de disociación entre fe personal y celebración del matrimonio. El contexto vital de fe de los contrayentes, el papel de su fe personal en la constitución del matrimonio, la relación entre fe, intención y validez del matrimonio son, entre otras, algunas de las cuestiones analizadas; siempre desde una aplicación pastoral del Derecho Canónico y a la luz de las últimas aportaciones de la Exhortación apostólica postsinodal Amoris Laetitia.

    Since the essential unity between faith and sacrament, some reflections and paths to the future are offered to help the canonical marriage law and pastoral marriage to overcome the aporia that currently represent many situations of dissociation between personal faith and celebration. The vital context of faith of the spouses, the role of his personal faith in the constitution of marriage, the relationship between faith, intention and validity of marriage are, among others, some of the issues analyzed; always from a pastoral implementation of Canon Law and in the light of the last contributions of the Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia.
