Para un mellor coñecemento da vida sexual das persoas maiores, comezamos enumerando as características propias desta etapa evolutiva, as condutas sexuais das nosas e nosos maiores para, seguidamente, analizar os diferentes mitos existentes referidos á súa saúde sexual e reproductiva, así como as vantaxes da sexualidade na vellez.

To reach a better knowledge of the sex life in the elderly, we start by listing the features of this developmental stage, the sexual behaviours of our elderly, to follow with an analysis of the different existing myths in relation with their sexual and reproduction health, as well as the advantages of the sexuality in the old age.
