    El autor explica la composición del plan de desarrollo, que incluye las previsiones que se alcanzarán en los próximos años, detallando los problemas específicos que presenta el mercado de nuestro país vecino. Se analiza también el retraso francés, así como las medidas tomadas para la renovación de equipos, en el sector hotelero. Estudia además el sector de alojamiento complementario, sobre todo con respecto a los complejos turísticos, cuya importancia crece día a día

    The author explains the composition of the plan which includes the natural previsions to be reached in the coming years duly detailed for the specific problems presented in the market of the neighbouring country. One of the main fundamentáis of the plan consists precisely in making the application practicable by the Government of the prospects and measures concerning the problems of each sector.

    He also explains the delay undergone in France, as well as the measures taken to obtain the renovation of equipment, especially in the Hotel section, whose adaptation he studies closely emphasiszing the means of action, stimulous and incentive. This calis for a considerable flexibility concerning the financing and control proceedings.

    Mr. Prain analizes at the same time the " complementary housing" sector in its various kinds whose importance increases day by day. Finally, with respect to the tourist resorte work is being carried out which is directed to a necessary reaconditioning and is accompanied by a notable succes.

    Der Verfasser erklárt die Zusammensetzung des Plans dar, welcher die natürlichen Vorkehrungen für die kommenden Jahre einschliesst, ordnungsgemass an die spezifischen Probleme, welche auf dem Markt des Nachbarlandes auftreten, angepasst. Eine der hauptsachlichen Grundlagen des Plans besteht gerade darin, dass die Regierung die Anwendung von Orientierungen und Massnahmen, welche die Probleme, welche in jedem Sektor auftreten, betreffen, in Anwendung bringt.
