    Este breve trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el modo en el que se incorporó a la jurisprudencia española el llamado «doble control de transparencia» en las condiciones generales de la contratación. Se analiza la Sentencia de 9 de mayo de 2013, sus antecedentes en el derecho y en la jurisprudencia comunitaria, las referencias a las normas sectoriales sobre contratación bancaria y el ulterior desarrollo del control de transparencia en sentencias posteriores, tanto referidas a acciones colectivas como individuales. En el epígrafe final se hace referencia a las previsiones de reforma legal, la aprobación de la futura ley de contratos de crédito inmobiliario y el intento de normativización del control de transparencia.

    This short work aims to analyse the way in which it was transposed in the Spanish case law the so-called "double transparency control” in the General Terms of transactions. We analyse the judgement of 9 May 2013, its background in the Community legislation and case-law, the references to the sectoral rules on banking procurement and the urther development of the transparency control in subsequent judgements, both relating to collective and individual actions. In the final section, reference is made to the forecasts of legal reform, the adoption of the future law on real estate credit contracts and the attempt of standardization of the transparency control.
