    España es un Estado autonómico con características peculiares, pero comparte muchos rasgos con los Estados federales y uno de ellos es el de las relaciones de inordinación. En este sentido, se analiza la participación de las Comunidades Autónomas en el Senado, la iniciativa legislativa autonómica ante las Cortes Generales y la propuesta autonómica al Senado de candidatos a magistrados del TC (inconstitucional para el autor aunque haya sido aceptada por el propio Tribunal Constitucional). También se critica la posible creación de Consejos autonómicos de Justicia, no previstos constitucionalmente aunque sí en algunos Estatutos de autonomía, y la participación en órganos centrales económicos y sociales.

    Spain is a regional State with peculiar characteristics, but share many traits with the federal states and one of them is to establish the participation of the Autonomous Communities within the central organs of the State. In this sense, the article analyses the participation of the Autonomous Communities in the Senate, the regional legislative initiative before the Cortes Generales and the proposal of the Parliaments of the Autonomous Communities in the Senate election of the judges of the Constitutional Court (unconstitutional for the author, although accepted by the Constitutional Court). It also criticizes of the regional Councils of the Judiciary, not constitutionally provided but established in some Statutes of autonomy, and the regional participation in social and economic central organs of the State.
