Trastorno del lenguaje. Presentación de un caso en Venezuela

    Se presentó un caso de trastorno del lenguaje en paciente con retardo en el aprendizaje en la sala de Rehabilitación “Pedro Pérez Delgado”, municipio Las mercedes del Llano, Estado Guárico, Venezuela, en el periodo junio de2012 ajunio de 2013, llevado por la madre para recibir tratamiento con documentación del especialista en Otorrino de que ya se podía iniciar con los ejercicios pertinentes. Se muestra la clínica del paciente y el tratamiento rehabilitador dirigido a mejorar la articulación del paciente, los datos presentados se extrajeron de la historia clínica y de muestras visuales obtenidas por el autor, previo consentimiento delfamiliar del paciente, se utilizaron técnicas tales como la observación, la entrevista, test psicológico. El niño continúa en el proceso de rehabilitación con el objetivo de evaluar la evolución del trabajo realizado hasta la fecha, se ha obtenido resultado favorable a la evolución para darle continuidad a la segunda etapa.

    A case of language disorder is presented in a patient with learning retardation in Pedro Pérez Delgado Rehabilitation room, Las Mercedes del Llano municipality, Guárico State, Venezuela from June 2012 to June 2013, taken by the mother to receive treatment with documentation of report of the indication of the specialist in Otolaryngology that it could be started with the relevant exercises. It shows the patient's clinic and the rehabilitation treatment with the aim of improving the patient's joint, the data presented are extracted from clinical history and visual samples obtained by the author, with the consent of the patient's family, techniques such as observation, the interview, psychological test. The child continues in the process of rehabilitation with the objective of evaluating the evolution of the work carried out to date, a favorable result has been obtained to the evolution to give continuity to the second stage.
