Resumen de Errores más frecuentes en historias clínicas cometidos por estudiantes de tercer año de Medicina

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, longitudinal retrospectivo, con el objetivo de describir los errores más frecuentes cometidos por los estudiantes de tercer año de la carrera de Medicina, durante la confección de la historia clínica en el Hospital General Docente “Dr. Agostinho Neto”, de la provincia Guantánamo, durante el primer semestre del curso escolar 2013-2014. Se auditaron 33 historias clínicas individuales. Los errores mayormente encontrados en la anamnesis fueron los relacionados conla HEAe interrogatorio por sistemas; y en la exploración física, los concernientes al examen de los sistemas respiratorio y nervioso. Se concluyó que no hay supervisión sistemática a las historias clínicas por parte de los profesores.

A retrospective, longitudinal study was conducted with the aim of describing the most common mistakes made by students of third year medical career during the preparation of the MR at the General Teaching Hospital Dr. Agostinho Neto of the Province Guantanamo, during the first semester of school year 2013-2014. 33 different MRwere audited. Mostly errors found in the anamnesis were related to the HEA and interrogation systems; and physical examination, concerning the examination of the respiratory and nervous system. It was concluded that there is no systematic monitoring at MR by teacher.
